Your mission
As a Concept Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the emotional, strategic, and experiential direction of our immersive projects. From the earliest brief to the final creative presentation, you’ll work closely with Creative Directors, Producers, and interdisciplinary teams to explore and articulate ideas that resonate deeply with audiences. You will help translate abstract ideas into compelling narratives, conceptual frameworks, and powerful visual storytelling tools.

Concept Development & Creative Strategy
- Generate and evaluate early-stage ideas, define conceptual approaches, and develop clear, emotionally resonant design narratives.
- Translate project briefs into structured concepts, experience frameworks, and moodboards.
- Collaborate on storylines, dramaturgy, and aesthetic direction, ensuring synergy between design, sound, interaction, and space.
- Lead the creation of concept documents, sketches, and briefing materials for internal and external collaborators.
- Support the definition of initial project scope, timelines, and required talent in partnership with the Creative Director.
- Prepare and deliver compelling concept presentations to clients, clearly communicating the rationale behind creative decisions.
- Ensure that client feedback is integrated thoughtfully without compromising artistic integrity.
- Participate in early pitch and pre-concept presentation phases, sometimes assisting with ballpark estimates.
- Support trend scouting and research into emerging platforms, formats, and audience behaviors.
- Work closely with the broader team to explore innovation and long-term strategic direction.
- Inspire cross-functional collaboration and nurture a shared creative vision within the design team.
